Two New Sony High-End Cameras Coming Next

It seems that Sony will announce two new high-end cameras in the next few months. Although the models are not known yet, they are expected to be the successors to the Sony a7S III and Sony RX1.

The new Sony cameras that we know are (or are not) coming:

  • Sony ZV-E10 successor (coming this Spring)
  • New Sony FX camera (coming soon)
  • No Sony a1 successor expected this year
  • No Sony a7 IV successor expected this year
  • Sony a7S III successor
  • Sony RX1 successor
  • Something completely new like a medium format camera

Details are unknown at the moment, but some kind of high-end model is said to be in preparation behind the scenes.

However, according to SAR, there seems to be little hope for a successor to the Sony a1. If so, is it the successor model of a7S III, “a7S IV“? I think it’s natural to think like this, but what is the truth?

Also, I have no idea about the other high-end model. If the successor to the ZV-E10 is based on the a6700, it can be said to be a high-end model of the “APS-C ZV”. I’d like to see the latest RX1, but I’m curious as to whether they’ll be reinforcing Cyber-shot, which continues to be discontinued.
