Canon’s Huge Announcement on June 5th! EOS C70 Mark II Coming?
Canon USA Pro has announced on its X account that Canon will reveal new Cinema EOS products on June 5th at 3:00 p.m. EDT. Additionally, the Ordinary Filmmaker YouTube channel has posted a video discussing the anticipated release dates for Canon’s upcoming products.
Based on the teaser image, which features a specific neck strap position, it is highly likely that the Cinema EOS C70 Mark II will be among the announcements on June 5th.
Our sources indicate that the EOS R5 Mark II and EOS R1 are planned for a separate announcement in July, and will not be part of the June 5th reveal. There is also almost no chance that the EOS R5C Mark II will be announced on June 5th.
